Caddleton
Recently refurbished to a high standard, Caddleton is the largest of our houses – it also stands in the most wonderful location. Just one hundred metres or so from the shore, it has tremendous views across the bay and towards the Islands of Seil and Mull to the West, and Scarba and Torsa, Luing and Scarba to the south. With its thick stone walls and quiet calm, it truly has a feel of the old farmhouse that it is.
The ground floor has a large carport with dry, level access to a large games room/cloakroom further leading to a spacious open living room with well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen, 4-oven Aga, low level ceramic hob, combination microwave, dining and sitting areas and open fire. From there you have access to a large conservatory overlooking the garden and the sea and a large sitting room with open fire, a piano, and stairs to the first floor. To the north there is a twin bedroom with adjacent wet room and toilet (suitable for disabled) There is also a larder, utility room, drying room and cloakroom.

Outside is a large, enclosed garden and ample parking space for several cars. A gate from the garden leads you down to the shore, or up on to the hill tracks. Caddleton is an amazing venue for a family gathering or for friends to get together.
